We made a trip out to Mountain Equipment Co-op to get Evie her first bike helmet. We were also picking up a tricycle for her that we found on the local swap group. The staff were great about helping us pick the right one and it came down to two choices. We went with the one we felt fit her best and that we could put on her and adjust easily. The tricycle is a bit big for her but she loved being pushed around in it, and pushing it around herself.
Do any of you have a stride bike for your kid? How do you like it and why did you get one? We are torn about those and wonder if it’s not better to get a regular bike with training wheels.
We have a stride bike and love it! Teaches balance and the goal is to go to a 2 wheeler with no training wheels 🙂
