Today, and every day I find myself extremely thankful for my husband, Jason. I have been blessed with the most incredible man, a true gentleman. We started dating back in April 2008, and have been inseparable since then. On our one year anniversary of dating he gave to me a beautiful promise ring after having recreated our whole first date. He is a romantic at heart and often leaves me sweet notes that mean so much to me throughout the day.
On our second anniversary of dating, and after some planning with friends and their aid in setting up the details. He had a path covered in roses, candles, and notes with photos talking about special moments over the time we had been dating. My love got down on one knee after saying so many kind and loving things, and asked me to marry him. Of course I said yes through a happy tear covered face.
Through dating, engagement, and our married life together thus far we have had our ups and downs together. We made a promise to each other on June 15, 2010 when we became husband and wife.
My husband is a man who prays for me, and our whole family always. Who is not afraid to be the leader, but is also willing to serve.
He cherishes everything always.
I am thankful for my wonderful husband who is everything I needed and so much more. My husband is funny, handsome, strong, encouraging, supportive, and so much more.
He is able to read me like a book.
When our daughter arrived I fell in love all over again. The look in our daughters eyes every time she sets her sights on her Daddy fills my soul with warmth. What an incredible man to share this journey with.
He sets aside time for our little family, for us to grow together. I found myself reminding him today to never stop doing that, to never forget how much his little daughter loves him, to never forget how much I love him.
My husband, my love, my best friend. For you I am so very thankful. My love for you is endless.
