Cirque de Soleil is set to return to Vancouver again next month! You better believe we are excited to attend this in December. TORUK, The First Flight is inspired by James Cameron’s AVATAR. TORUK showcases the world of Pandora in a visually stunning live setting. Get ready to experience Cirque du Soleil in a captivating new light, through a new world of imagination, discovery, and possibility.
This will be the first time we attend a Cirque du Soleil performance as a family. I cannot wait for Evie to see the incredible things the performers of Cirque can do. I am certain that she will be mesmerized during the whole show. Cirque du Soliel always puts so much into every show from the spectacular set displays to the beautiful costumes.
Since TORUK is inspired by AVATAR we are intrigued to see how it is entwined into the storyline. It is supposed to be set before humans entered Pandora.

I have loved Cirque for years and was really sad that tickets weren’t in my budget this year. As a former aerialist, I adore watching what the performers can do with their bodies and getting lost in the story.
Oh my goodness! I love Cirque! We first got into it actuallly by finding DVD’s the library! Have only been able to go to one, so I’d love to experience it again! What a great date night!

My daughter loves these shows – over the years we’ve had a chance to take her to a couple under the Grande Chapiteau, but haven’t been for a couple of years now, and haven’t been to a show in an arena before. She always leaves there in awe. Like anything is possible to achieve.
