Getting family vacation ready with Carter’s

We announced a bit back that we have a secret we are keeping from our oldest, the fact that we are going to Disneyland! With it currently being Summer, and the fact that I am expecting growth spurts over the next two months from both girls I needed to go get our family vacation ready, and we did so thanks to Carter’s. 

Carter’s is always one of the first stores we go to when shopping for the girls. With Evie’s love of being able to match her little sister we know this store often has items in both baby and kid’s sizes. It can be hard sometimes to find matching items due to their age gap, but we make it work. If items are not the exact same, then we try to find things that match by colour.

My favourite Carter’s location is at The Shops at Morgan Crossing, we like going here because it’s a bit bigger of a store location and there is always lots of selection. Plus with it being a bigger location I’ve never had an issue getting the stroller around, and past the displays. There are totes to put your selections in, but I always just pop everything onto the handle of my stroller. Keeps Addie entertained because she can pull at the items, and keeps everything in one place.

The staff are always a huge help whenever we go, I have always had great customer service. While shopping recently I was asked if I needed help at all finding something and at one point I did. The staff member knew exactly what I was searching for and found it for me, bringing it over to me. 

I am pretty sure Evie partly just loves shopping at Carter’s because there are play stations at the store, and a kids movie playing for children to watch. Even at the checkout there are little play stations to keep children occupies while items are being purchased. This has been a huge help on several occasions because it keeps her busy, and I know exactly where she is.
  Just what did we pick out for the girls, and by we I mean Evie. Well, we got three pairs of jeans for Evie that were in clearance, each pair was $4.99! How incredible of a deal is that, you best believe we stocked up on some bigger sizes for this Fall. Evie was quick to find a pair of pyjamas that she fell in love with in pink with a heart on it, you can find a similar style here. She also found a floral raglan top that she “had to have” and I quote. This also came in her little sister’s size and I cannot wait for them to wear them this Fall. Daddy found a blue dress with dots all over it, which will be perfect for the Summer and our trip to Disneyland. I also got chambray tops for the girls. I was very pleased with how well we did on our shopping trip, and I feel like we are all set for the rest of Summer and our vacation.
