We are counting down the days to the Healthy Family Expo it is a fun-filled day for the whole family that introduces Metro Vancouver parents to small steps & simple solutions for healthy, active, eco-friendly living. We’ve gone every year since the expo started and each year we discover something new that we love. Last year, we found the most amazing gluten free pizza crust! Some of the highlights of the 4th annual Healthy Family Expo coming up on Sunday, March 26, include:

- Bobs & LoLo and Jessie Farrell concerts featuring songs celebrating the natural world
- HUGE Active Kid Zone with rock wall, giant hamster ball race track, Tumblebus & TumbleTown, Springfree trampolines, Sportball & Pedalheads play areas and more
- 200+ exhibitors with healthy food sampling & eco-friendly products & services

Our oldest daughter loved meeting Scout from CBC Kids, plus they had her favourite little discovery booth that included all sorts of items from outside. The kids were able to use magnifying glasses to explore as well as build things out of sticks and leaves. It was a great example of how kids can explore and discover anywhere.
When we went last year, Addie was only 5 months old and we had a bit of a crazy start to the day. We ended up not having enough diapers with us. Thankfully, Seventh Generation was at the expo and came to our rescue with diapers and wipes. There was even a little area where we were able to regroup and relax a bit.
We’re incredibly excited to see that Springfree Trampoline is a new addition to this year’s Active Kid Zone at the Expo! If we could put a Springfree Trampoline in our yard, we would have one. Sadly strata frowns upon the idea. Springfree Trampolines are the smart active living choice that delivers for the whole family. You can test one out at the event on March 26th.
