Back in November we went to our second Just Between Friends shopping sale for fall and winter items. It was also the first time I went out on my own with both of my girls. Some how I managed to get out there with only 2 out of the 3 of us crying, and my newborn baby was not one of them!
I managed to work my way through all of the girls clothing racks, and all of the shoes finding items for my girls. At the time I was on a mission to find a dress for my youngest to wear because we had a wedding to go to the next day. Sure enough we found the perfect little newborn dress for her, and at a great price too! This was great for me because I knew she would soon grow out of it. I also lucked out because there was a local vendor selling handmade no-hair bows and I got a silver one to go with the dress. Evie also got to pick out a toy to bring home because she was so good the whole time. She had her eye on a Tinkerbell doll that was still brand new in the box. Getting that doll made her day, she went home with the biggest smile on her face.
This shopping event is held at the Croation Cultural Cenre in Vancouver, and the next event is coming up for Spring and Summer items. It is being held April 22-24th. It’s a great way to get some shopping done for items your kids need, and save on doing so because this is a consignment event! This is also a bagless event, so you do need to bring your own bags to put all your great finds into.
