There are several Disney movies that have filled my childhood with memories and that I hope to become a part of my kid’s memories as they grow up. Lady and the Tramp is one of those movies. It truly is a timeless tale that all ages will enjoy.
Many of us cherish this Disney classic and it’s become a go-to for family movie night. Who doesn’t love a bella notte? When Lady and Tramp have dinner together it is the sweetest moment. We obviously make sure that spaghetti and meatballs are for dinner when we watch this.
Throughout this movie, you get to know Lady as she joins her forever family on Christmas and grows up. Jock and Trusty are two docks from the neighbourhood who keep an eye on her, which is important because soon Tramp enters the picture. Tramp is a mutt from the wrong side of the tracks, but he has a heart of gold and ends up falling in love with Lady.
The edition we recently received has a couple new features. It has the ability to be played anywhere; yay for being able to play it on devices when driving long distances. It also comes with a Blu-Ray and a DVD. To take things one step further there are 3 unique ways to watch Lady and the Tramp; a new sing-along version, inside Walt’s Story Meetings, and the original theatrical version. If you have kids who love singing, the sing-along is a must! I really appreciate that they tied a bit more about Walt into the special features too!

We just picked up Lady and the Tramp when it came out on Tuesday. It was the first time my girls have watched it. They all love it, especially my youngest. She asked to watch it again yesterday.
