Last evening, I went to bed with a terrible headache. I woke with the same headache, on a worse scale. I took an Advil and grab a coffee on my way to work hoping that it would go away.
When I got home, I was just done. My headache was still pounding away. I curled up on the couch in hopes of rest. Evie came up to me and gave me her fluffy white bunny to hold. She then patted my shoulder. She left me for only a moment, and returned with one of her soothers. Which she then shoved into my mouth. Once more she patted me on the shoulder. Then she was off to play.
I think she knew Mommy needed to feel better.

Aww! I love it how children can tell when we need comfort. I don’t have my own story of this, but I have heard several momma’s tell me the same thing. Maybe I need to teach my boys to be more intuitive. lol

They do, its like they read us like a book at times. Don’t worry your boys surely show their love in other ways 🙂

Young children are so genuine and intuitive.
