I was first introduced to Peekabloombaby by another local company, thanks to there being a No Hair Hair Clip in a goody bag I received from them. I wasn’t yet expecting Addie at the time but I knew if we had a second girl in the future I would be adding more bows into our house. Peekabloombaby hair accessories have become a must for my girls… especially the No Hair Hair Clips.
Before Addie was born I placed an order with Peekabloombaby for sister bows so that my girls could twin in matching red bows. This was a way for Evie to feel special but also connected to her little sister. The day Addie was born I made sure she was wearing her bright red Petite Mini Wool Felt Bow Headband.
Alysse is the mastermind, creator, and owner behind Peekabloombaby. As soon as you see her you realize that she is full of creativity. She can do makeup like no other (I have some serious eyebrow envy!) and she also has some of the best tattoos ever… She has bees on her knees!
I am so thankful that over the past year I have had the privilege of getting to know her and become friends with her. She has passed her love of Tacofino tater tots on to me as well as educated me on the importance of a good taco and lots of guacamole.
Addie has been wearing Peekabloombaby hair accessories since day one. No, not just headbands, Addie has been wearing bows in her hair. I wish that I had been introduced to Peekabloombaby No Hair Hair Clips when Evie was a newborn.
Both of my girls were bald babies with just little wisps of hair. I never bothered trying anything in Evie’s hair, I just couldn’t find anything that would stay. When I received my first No Hair Hair Clip and was shown that it could clip onto the faint hairs on my arm I knew immediately it would work in my baby’s hair!
The No Hair Hair Clip was put to the test when Addie was a few weeks old and we were heading to a friend’s wedding. Addie was wearing a cute silver dress and I put a silver No Hair Hair Clip into her hair and it stayed the whole time. Wedding guests were asking me if I glued it in and were shocked when I showed them how it works. Everyone was amazed that it stayed in place.I very quickly added more to my daughter’s hair clip collection. My girl’s hair accessory collection has grown immensely this past year. I very quickly added more to my daughter’s hair clip collection. My girl’s hair accessory collection has grown immensely this past year. It’s become much more like a stash of hair accessories. There is something for every outfit. Most recently
Most recently Alysse even created a hair clip for both of my girls to wear with their Disney Princess dresses that they wore on our trip to Disneyland. A glittery Petite Mini Bow and a sparkle-covered star clip. Other hair accessories also made the trip and they were all a hit. Even the Disney Princesses were asking where the girls got their hair clips and bows from.
One of my favourite items from Peekabloombaby is the Glitter Crown. There is a mini option available that comes on a hair clip. You can also get the mini or regular size crown on a headband. Evie put her mini crown from Peekabloombaby to the test, seeing if it would survive day to day wear and activity of a preschooler.
Her mini crown was worn everywhere… preschool, church, beach outings, circus school, family activities, and so much more. It remained clipped solidly in her hair and the crown never lost shape. The only thing that did happen was it became Evie’s favourite hair accessory. If she’s in the mood to be a princess you can bet she will be wearing her mini crown.
Every single item Alysse creates is stunning. Her attention to detail and quality is impeccable. She wants all of her customers to be satisfied with the product they receive. I personally have been overjoyed with each and every item from Peekabloombaby.
Everly wore a beautiful bow with a number 3 on it for her third birthday, and Addie will definitely be wearing something Peekabloombaby on her first birthday coming up in just over a week. If you are looking for a special hair accessory for your child definitely check out Peekabloombaby!
