Vancouver is full of amazing small businesses, and over the years, thanks to blogging I have started to love shopping local and supporting many of them. Especially since so many of these local businesses are run by amazing mompreneurs. You just never know what you will discover to be available right in your own back yard. One such business is LouLou Lollipop Finery, we’ve actually featured them before for their teething necklaces.
The sister duo behind this company put together on-trend, and safe silicone teething accessories that are created with stylish moms in mind, and to help sooth their teething littles. I am incredibly excited for the creators behind LouLou Lollipop Finery because this year they will be heading off to the Oscar Gifting Suite. They have all sorts of wonderful products available all of which have been tested to ensure that they meet or excees all safety standards of Health Canada, U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, ASTM, and CPSIA. Which in simple terms means they are safe for baby while under adult supervision. Babies and children should not be left unattended with products like these to be sure.
Our youngest seems to have started teething very early as compared to her older sister. I fear we may be pacing a tooth popping out soon, or we could be in for the long haul of months of teething. She is already chewing on anything she can get her hands on. I am thankful to have teething necklaces, and bracelets from LouLou Lollipop that I wear and let me daughter munch away on.

My 13 (almost 14) month old has been teething since 4 months. Right now, and this is no exaggeration, she is getting EIGHT teeth at once. 😐 It’s terrible.

Holy cow these are soooo cute! I don’t have a newborn anymore (sadly) but I swear you could almost wear these as just regular funky jewelry. They have that ‘kawaii’ cute look that I totally love!

my littlest started teething around 5 months. it didn’t get so bad until around 12 months, and then now, with her two year molars–ugh they’re the worst. We do soft foods and frozen yogurt tubes since she’s bigger, but when she was tiny she loved cold gel teethers and I’m a big fan of essential oils–lavender was the best for teething for us.

We are out of the teething phase now. Both my girls started around 6 months and were done by 18 months. We did a lot of frozen washcloths and frozen fruit in the mesh bags. This stuff is super cute 🙂

Jacen had no issues with his first two bottom teeth but last week he cut a top front tooth he was in agony. The only thing getting him through the day right now is a facecloth that has been in the freezer. He isn’t sleeping much right now so hopefully he gets relief soon.
