My daughter has been bald since she was born, she is just starting to get some hair now, so when Everly’s 6 month photos were coming up I was looking for the perfect headband to go with her little outfit. To give her that extra little something to her outfit, and make it super girly. I decided to give Queen Bee Headbands a try after a friend of mine had recommended them to me after I found our we were expecting a girl. I’ll be honest, I kept checking out their photos they put up on their Facebook page all the time. I was excited when I sent them a photo of the romper I had picked out for her, that had several shades of pink flowers all over it. A beautiful, custom headband was made for my daughter to wear. Queen Bee Headbands did not disappoint! Queen Bee Headbands makes beautiful headbands for infants, children, and adults. Their headbands have become my favourite accessory for Everly’s outfits because they are so soft and comfy for her, and are ridiculously cute. I get asked about her headbands whenever we go out and she is wearing one.
Two amazing Moms, Cianna Bosma and Renee Dellman, are the creative ones behind all these incredible pieces. They do a wonderful job of each handmade headband. Over the summer I saw several photo posts to their Facebook page showing different pieces they were working on and making. They are always keeping their customers up to date on different styles of headbands that they have created, and that are for sale.
If you are looking for headbands for yourself, your daughter, a niece, or friends and their kids, please check out all of their headbands on their Facebook page, you will not be disappointed. Prices range from $15-$25 for the head bands.
I should also mention the super girly hats that they also make, the hats are $30. We did spoil Everly with one of these a bit back when they had a sale on their site, we are looking forward to her starting to wear it with Fall coming soon. She’ll probably wear it for the first time when we go to the pumpkin patch at the end of the month. With living in “Raincover” her hat is going to get a lot of use, though we have had some beautiful weather this week.
All of their creations are handmade, which I love, I also really love that buying from them is supporting a local business. If you are looking for a certain colour, don’t hesitate to contact Cianna and Renee and see what custom piece they can come up with for you, or what fabric colours they have available for other designs. If you have a special day coming up for your daughter, maybe their first birthday, they can make her something that will look spectacular in photos and in person. I have already ordered Everly’s birthday headband back in June. I’m looking forward to her wearing it.
Queen Bee Headbands were kind enough to join up with me and to do a contest! That’s right, they have graciously provided me with not one, but two incredibly beautiful head bands! The one on the left is a 0-6 month grey flower and lace headband, and on the right is an adult size deep mauve vintage head wrap. Come back tomorrow to see the contest details, and to enter into both contests to win either the infant or the adult headband. For now, check out Queen Bee Headbands, I’m already dreaming about which style I’d like to hint at to my husband as a little something I’ve love to see in my stocking this Christmas.
