We have had 3 days of continuous snow fall and I have been loving every minute of it. It was not until today that I remembered something a friend of mine had suggested I try the next time we had snow. I shrugged it off then thinking we would not be getting any more snow this winter. Wrong! We have a foot of snow at our house, and it is still snowing as I write this.
Don’t pack down your bowl of fresh snow, just scoop it up.
Mix together the milk, sugar, and vanilla or other flavouring you are adding.
Scoop in the number of cups needed. Press it down a little into the cup now.
You can mix the ingredients by hand or use a mixer.
What it looks like all mixed up, ready to be scooped and served.
Even little ones love it, but be warned it does melt quickly.

This is one of things I miss about living in a state that gets four seasons. Making snow ice cream was so much fun. However, we don’t get snow where I live in Florida, so I’m missing out. LOL! This looks so yummy.
