How many of you are now singing that song after reading the title? It’s what always comes to mind whenever I see tulips. Last weekend, on a very grey and rainy day, I got up earlier than I would ever want to, so I could drive out to Chilliwack. I knew my early morning spent driving out to the valley was going to be worth it, especially when the skies stopped dumping rain and the sun came out for a bit.
I was invited to join some of my fellow bloggers for breakfast out by the tulip fields of Tulips of the Valley by Sequel Events. I borrowed my husband’s boots and was ready to walk through some mud (thanks to our rainy weather) and see some gorgeous blooms. Stroopwaffles in hand, thanks to the stand on site, we headed into the fields to take some photos. I cannot thank Julie of Julie Christine Photography enough for these gorgeous photos she took.
